30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@bubblegumwink.com. Returns must first be approved before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and provide a free replacement or refund when it is our error.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom and Personalized products(e.g., engraved jewelry, custom orders)
  • Personal Care Goods (e.g., swimsuits, undergarments)
  • Final Sale Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Digital downloads (see below for details)

Important Notes

Because most of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds if:

  • Incorrect details (such as names, dates, spellings, or sizes) were entered incorrectly prior to checkout.
  • The customer simply changes their mind after production

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the one you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Currently Only for USA Domestic Orders)

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise were to be shipped into the European Union, customers would have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Digital Downloads

Digital products (such as printables, ebooks, templates, or toolkits) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you have trouble accessing your files, please email info@bubblegumwink.com and we’ll assist you.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@bubblegumwink.com.


Restocking Fee

For eligible non-custom items, a 25% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our end.
